Therapy Focus

  • ADHD

Living with ADHD can feel like your mind is scattered and your body is restless. It can also feel like you could finally reach your potential if you just tried harder. But the reality is you don’t have to mold yourself into something that you’re not.

I use an affirming approach that helps you see your unique strengths and work with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll drop the negative labels and set systems that create structure with self-compassion so you can build a life that fits you.

  • Anxiety & Stress

When anxiety takes over, it can be hard to be present enough to enjoy the moment. It can also rob you of the sense of control to mindfully respond to a situation.

In our work, you’ll learn about the mind-body connection and identify your personal stress responses. Then, we’ll build simplified strategies that can ease your worries, challenge negative thoughts, and settle your nervous system. You deserve support that helps you feel more present, grounded, and empowered.

  • Trauma

The ripple effects of trauma can be present long after the moment has passed. It can stem from one major event, a build up of smaller events, or even from previous generations. It can affect how you relate to yourself, others, and your environment.

I offer trauma-informed support, sensitive to your culture and personal values. We move at your own pace. And we don’t even need to revist all the details. We’ll learn about how trauma shows up, rebuild your sense of safety and identity, and reconnect with your resiliency. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

  • Body Image & Eating Disorders

If your relationship with food and your body feels complicated, I want you to know there’s nothing “wrong” with you. You’ve likely had to navigate impossible expectations.

Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences and find sustainable ways of coping. We can rebuild a sense of safety in connecting with your body and honor its wisdom. You deserve to have a healthy and compassionate relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

  • Personal Growth

Personal growth work invites curiosity to explore where you are at and who you want to become. Maybe, nothing is technically “wrong.” But you’re craving clarity, confidence, or a deeper connection with yourself.

Our sessions will help you identify your personal values and set realistic goals. Let’s create alignment so you can step into the life that you’re building with intention.
